Program name: TruWatch SMS Program
Sender: TruWatch, a brand of TruWatch International LLC (https://truwatch.com)

When you opt in, TruWatch sends transactional and customer-care text messages only:

• Appointment, inspection, and service-visit reminders and confirmations;
• Account, order, and service notifications (for example, follow-ups related to monitoring alerts, and order or shipping updates);
• Customer-care replies to your inquiries.

We do not send marketing or promotional text messages through this program.

Message Frequency and Cost

• Message frequency varies and depends on your interactions with us (appointments, orders, and inquiries).
• Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. TruWatch does not charge for text messages.

How to Opt In

1. Website Form

You can opt in on forms across truwatch.com — for example our contact form at https://truwatch.com/contacttruwatch/ by entering your mobile number and checking the SMS consent checkbox. The checkbox is unchecked by default and is optional — you must actively check it to opt in, and you can submit the form without checking it. Simply entering your phone number on the form does not opt you in to text messages; only checking the consent box (or expressly agreeing verbally, as described below) constitutes consent. The checkbox label reads:

“I agree to receive text messages from TruWatch about my inquiry, appointments, and account (appointment and service reminders, account and service notifications, and customer-care replies) at the number provided. Msg & data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. See our Privacy Policy (https://truwatch.com/privacy-policy/) and SMS Terms (https://truwatch.com/terms-conditions/#sms-terms).”

2. Verbal Opt-In by Phone or In Person

You may also opt in verbally when speaking with TruWatch staff by phone or in person. Our staff ask for your express agreement using language substantially like the following, and record your consent in your customer record:

“Would you like to receive text messages from TruWatch at this number for appointment and service reminders, account and service notifications, and replies to your inquiries? Message and data rates may apply and message frequency varies. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out or HELP for help, and agreeing is not a condition of purchase.”

Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of purchasing any product or receiving any service from TruWatch.

How to Opt Out

Reply STOP to any text message from TruWatch at any time. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no further texts will be sent unless you opt in again. You can also ask to be removed by emailing info@truwatch.com or calling 262-236-0123.

Privacy and Terms

Your mobile number and opt-in information are used only to deliver the messages described above. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
